Body length: measure from the high shoulder point beside the neck to the bottom hem. Sleeve length: measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve edge. Compare with a tee that fits you well.

Chest is the garment circumference, not a body measurement. Lay a well-fitting garment flat, measure straight across the chest just below the sleeves, then double that width.
